About Cristina

I am a lifelong healing facilitator. As a registered Physical Therapist in Brazil I worked many years in the ICU’s around my city and through the experience, I came to believe that medical care alone fails to address all levels of being. I have then looked for, studied, practiced, received, and healed through various holistic modalities such as Reiki, Acupuncture, Energy Re-integration, Yoga, Meditation, Crystal Healing, and Soul Retrieval.

For the past 19 years I have deepened my study of and increased my reliance upon alternative healing modalities for my physical and mental health, and spiritual development.  I am an Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master trained by Jenny Stinson, Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and am a Professional Member of the ICRT. I am also a certified Stone Medicine Practitioner trained in the Daoist Tradition of Stone Healing by Sarah Thomas, Acupuncturist and Teacher of the Upper Clarity Mystery School of Stone Medicine.

In addition I am a Yoga Instructor with 500+ hours of training with nationally respected teachers and yoga schools: Barbara Benagh and Natasha Rizopoulos, Doug Keller and Patricia Walden, Down Under School of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Ed and Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. Currently I conduct Trauma Informed Yoga classes at Faces of Hope Victim Center which serve Ada County’s underserved community affected by domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, elder abuse, and stalking. The mission is near and dear to me and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the community.

I am deeply grateful for having encountered the right situations, the right practices, and the right teachers that walked me back to my original life purpose as a healing facilitator. As such I use the modalities in my belt to activate peoples natural Self-Healing potential in all levels of being: physical, mental and spiritual.  When self-healing is active, one is better able to overcome stress without distress, make life choices aligned with their wellness and come to realize Wellbeing is a Birthright.

Because there are no coincidences, If you are reading this, I believe we are meant to meet for healing, growth, and awakening. It is my intention to share with you healing practices that will support you, help you heal and improve your sense of wellbeing in amazing ways. I hope to meet you on the mat!

In Light and Gratitude, Cristina
