Stone Medicine

“To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.”

The 8 Extraordinary Meridians and the Journey of the Soul

The ancient Daoist tradition of Stone Medicine uses rocks, crystals and minerals to regulate and harmonize Qi. Stone treatments on the body, in the body and around the body have been used since the birth of Chinese Medicine (CM). The tradition went dormant for centuries and is now being revived via oral tradition by Sarah Thomas, a gifted acupuncturist, healer and teacher who learned from Jeffrey Yuen, the most sought after CM teacher. Jeffrey is a 88th generation Daoist priest from the Jade Purity School and a 26th generation priest of the Complete Reality School.

From CM we know that of the three levels of Qi, Yuan Qi is the deepest, and circulates in our DNA within the deepest and most mysterious meridian system in the human body: The 8 Extraordinary Meridians. These 8 channels contain the curriculum or blueprint for this lifetime, the seeds of our destiny; the destiny we came here to actualize, the lessons we came here to learn.

Our ability to live, produce and create as well as the ability of letting go of what no longer serves us depends on the harmonious circulation of Yuan Qi through the  Extraordinary Meridians; blockage in any of these channels will express itself through physical, psychosocial and spiritual suffering and pain.

Stones, crystals and minerals have a particular affinity with our Yuan Qi and the 8 Extraordinary Meridians. Their vibrational cadence, structure and composition affect these channels and we can utilize them to keep our life flow congruent with our true life purpose and manifest true happiness.

We combine this vibrational stone medicine modality with Reiki for a more potent and transformative experience.
