Meet Cristina

“To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.”

― Thich Nhat Hanh

I have dedicated my life to being a healing facilitator. As a registered Physical Therapist in Brazil, I spent many years working in ICUs throughout my city. During this time, I came to realize that medical care alone cannot address all dimensions of our being. This understanding inspired me to explore, study, practice, and heal through a variety of holistic modalities, including Reiki, Acupuncture, Energy Re-integration, Yoga, Meditation, Crystal Healing, and Soul Retrieval.

For the past 19 years, I have delved deeply into alternative healing practices, relying on them not only for my own physical and mental health but also for my spiritual growth. I am an Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master, trained by Jenny Stinson, a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). I am also a Professional Member of the ICRT. Additionally, I am a certified Stone Medicine Practitioner, trained in the Daoist Tradition of Stone Medicine by Sarah Thomas, Acupuncturist and Master of the Upper Clarity Mystery School of Stone Medicine.

My journey has also led me to yoga, where I hold over 500 hours of training with renowned teachers and schools, including Barbara Benagh, Natasha Rizopoulos, Doug Keller, Patricia Walden, Down Under School of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Ed, and the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. Currently, I teach Trauma-Informed Yoga classes at the Faces of Hope Victim Center, supporting Ada County’s underserved community affected by domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, elder abuse, and stalking. This mission is incredibly close to my heart, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve.

Through these experiences and the guidance of remarkable teachers and practices, I’ve been guided back to my life’s true purpose as a healing facilitator. I use the tools I’ve gathered to help others activate their natural self-healing potential—on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. When this self-healing power is awakened, stress becomes manageable, life decisions align with wellness, and a deep understanding emerges that wellbeing is a birthright.

I believe there are no coincidences. If you are reading this, it may be that our paths are meant to cross—for healing, growth, and awakening. It is my deepest intention to share with you practices that will support your journey, nurture your healing, and transform your sense of wellbeing in profound ways.

I hope to meet you on the wellness path!

In Love, Light and Gratitude,

Cristina
